RETURN POLICY

As per The Consumer Contracts Regulations – which came into force on 13 June 2014 the customer has right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance starts from the moment when the order is placed and ends 14 days from the day goods are received. We can only accept returns on unopened, unused soaps and gift sets. Goods that arrive with us in an unsalable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value. Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. The refund will then be processed by Paypal in accordance with its refund policies.

UK CUSTOMERS

Return items with myHermes. Complete your returns note, attach the myHermes label securely to your parcel and take it to your local myHermes ParcelShop where it will be scanned to be returned to us. You can find your nearest myHermes ParcelShop here.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage.
